iCXeed achieves Advanced Tier Status within the AWS Partner Network

iCXeed, an Australian business process innovator specialising in contact centre services delivery and CX digital journey orchestration, announced today that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Tier Partner status within the AWS Partner Network (APN). AWS Advanced Tier Services Partners are organisations recognised for proven technical expertise and demonstrated customer experience.

The designation confirms that iCXeed has certified a critical mass of AWS-certified professionals, including multiple certifications at the Professional and Specialty level, and is able to deliver capability across architecture, engineering, data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), quality assurance and project management.

In addition, being an AWS Advanced Tier Partner validates that iCXeed has demonstrated expertise deploying Amazon Connect and AI solutions at scale giving existing customers confidence they’re backed by a partner with proven capability, security and AWS-endorsed rigour.

iCXeed began its AWS journey in late 2023 as a Services Partner and subsequently achieved AWS Select Tier status in 2024, the company’s first formal accreditation within the AWS Partner Network.  iCXeed has now advanced to Advanced Tier Partner status in just over two years working with clients to optimise technology powering contact centre experiences and enabling outcomes driving analytics, AI and automation solutions.  During this time, the company has scaled rapidly and built a reputation for orchestrating intelligent, cloud-native customer experiences with leading analytics, AI, and automation, all deployed natively on AWS.

iCXeed will now be able to serve larger enterprises and public sector agencies that demand proven Amazon Connect and agentic AI expertise while unlocking deeper collaboration with AWS field teams, gaining access to co-innovation funding, and managing joint go-to-market programs.

This differentiation is particularly valuable in Australia and New Zealand, where enterprises increasingly require partners who can deliver AWS-native innovation at scale with domain expertise in customer experience.
