Celonis and LeafLabs launch robotic solution to power AI-driven supply chain operations

Celonis has launched a new app to help companies establish smarter operations and achieve a higher robotic and automation ROI.

The app was piloted by the Pickle Robot Company in the US, a pioneer in Physical AI for supply chain applications. Pickle said it achieved a 50% acceleration in core processing development for advanced capabilities that dramatically improve performance for customers using the company’s intelligent robotic solutions.

Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, a key enabler of enterprise AI, developed the app – called the Robotic Systems Intelligence Manager – in conjunction with engineering firm LeafLabs.

Robots are a key component of modern supply chains, used in manufacturing, warehouse automation, and logistic operations. Yet as robotic fleets grow, they generate massive amounts of data – up to 100 GB per robot per day – that often remains unstructured and underutilised.

Celonis said that when organisations can’t connect machine-level data to broader business KPIs, this gap leads to wasted resources, unmitigated risks, and stalled innovation.

“With Celonis and LeafLabs, we’ve gained critical insights into our robotic systems. With this knowledge, we can implement the highest-value opportunities for improvement and unlock tremendous ROI for our customers,” said Ariana Eisenstein, CTO at Pickle Robot Company.

Built on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, the Robotic Systems Intelligence Manager transforms raw robot data into Process Intelligence that helps companies:

  • Increase operational efficiency by optimising throughput, reducing manual interventions, and improving process reliability.
  • Improve system resilience by detecting patterns that can lead to costly breakdowns, flagging inconsistent performance, and uncovering gaps in compliance adherence.
  • Reduce time-to-value by giving engineers and executives the process knowledge needed to confidently scale from pilot to production deployment.

“From the factory floor and fulfillment centre to the front porch, robots are crucial to delivering the products customers want,” said Manik Sharma, Head of Supply Chain GTM AI at Celonis. “By combining Celonis’ platform with LeafLabs’ deep domain experience, we provide AI-driven robotics the intelligence needed to execute successfully – connecting robot data with operational context, rules, and models to deliver reliable outcomes at scale.”

“Too often, robotic telemetry is disconnected from the broader business context, leaving massive efficiency gains and opportunities to scale on the table,” said Jami Friedman, Executive Vice President at LeafLabs. “The Robotic Systems Intelligence Manager bridges that gap, connecting what happens in control loops to what matters in business outcomes.”

The Celonis Robotic Systems Intelligence Manager is the latest addition to the Celonis Platform Apps Program. The program provides pre-built, domain-specific solutions created by trusted partners with deep industry knowledge, all built on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
